Context behind this feature request

Automation for Jira can do many things that a custom script could do, but it doesn't allow for storing data as variables to be used again later in the rule.

To solve this use case, the Create Variable action was added to the Cloud version of Automation for Jira. However, the Server/Data Center of Automation for Jira does not have this functionality.

Suggestion

Add Create Variable action to Automation For Jira Server/Data Center.
