Add support for sum function in smart values

      Currently Automation for Jira Server does not support sum function in Smart Values.

      Use case: Customer would like to be able to sum up automatically all time spent on all child issues in an epic.

      While it's possible in Automation for Jira Cloud, it's not possible in Jira Server yet

      Workaround:
      1) Use a 3rd party add-on such that adds calculated custom field or scripting functionality
      2) Migrate to Jira Cloud
