Can anyone explain why it sounds like good idea to set related tickets on each ticket to open in a tiny toast window on the right side instead of new tab? 

All ideas these "amazing" developers come with introduce pain and bad experience and this is yet another example of it. 

Why do i have to make 10 clicks to get a related ticket opened on a new tab?
