Issue Summary
When we use the "User Condition" option in "If/Else" condition, the condition cannot be saved if the criteria is left to the default "Empty/Unassigned". However, an assignee of an issue could be empty, so this is a valid use case.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Automation for Jira 7.1.16.
- Create a rule to check User Condition.
- Check for Assignee is Empty.
Expected Results
We should be able to save the rule.
Actual Results
Rule cannot be saved. Error message "Field can't be empty" is displayed.
Workaround
Use "Issue fields condition" instead to check if a specific field is empty.
