Please provide an in-app option to change the default Activity filter to something other than Comments; in my case, I want to see all activity or the ticket's history.
I am not a developer, so for me it's more important for me to go through tickets and see the individual that filled out fields, and what date those fields were filled. So I'm going through hundreds of tickets and having to press the dropdown every time.
This seems like an easy fix and it looks like a lot of people are asking for it, so much so that support has a workaround by changing the code itself.
