Previously, the Activity section on Jira issue views displayed all tabs — Comments, History, Worklog, All — as visible buttons in a single row. This made switching between them a single click.

Now, most of these tabs are hidden behind a "More" dropdown, requiring an extra click every time. This is a usability regression for several reasons:

1. Extra click with no benefit — There is plenty of horizontal space to display all tabs in a row. Hiding them saves no screen real estate.

1. No keyboard shortcuts available — Unlike commenting (M), there are no keyboard shortcuts for History, Worklog, or other Activity tabs, so the dropdown is the only way to access them.

1. Frequent use case — Developers, project managers, and support teams regularly switch between Comments and History dozens of times per day. The extra click adds up significantly.

Request: Please restore the previous behavior where all Activity section tabs are displayed as visible buttons in a row, or at minimum provide a user setting to choose between the compact (dropdown) and expanded (all visible) layouts.
