We have rules that when triggered clearly state in the audit log that they don't meet any of the matching conditions and therefore don't perform any actions return with the status of "Success" yet other rules will return the expected "No Actions Performed".
What is being asked is regardless of the type of condition being used if a rule performs no action on the issue then the status return should be "No Actions Performed".
Currently there is no documentation explaining when and why a rule will report success when no actions are performed.
