Hi Atlassian team!
I suggest you to make CSAT independent from the enoying dependancy of enabling Customer notifications "Request resolved".
It should be possible to deploy a solution which only use event "Resolved" and trigger action for CSAT. Maybe have it's own schema with choices like when/what event and to whom?
Other possability is to have another choice in Customer notifications like a "Request resolved send CSAT".
