When creating an automation rule and using the "Clone issue" or "Edit Issue" actions; If you try to clone/upate the "Customer Request Type" field, the dropdown does not support smart values.
As a workaround, we need to use the Advanced field editing using JSON.
As a Jira administrator, I'd like to be able to use smart values for this field.
