Currently, Automation for Jira only allows administrators to search for Automations on the Jira administration (gear icon) > System > Automation page using the automation names.

For larger instances, this search functionality may be insufficient for properly managing and administering the use of automation rules, as admins may need to search for actors, projects, actions, etc.
As such, some KB articles were created to address this gap, relying on database access; however, it would be ideal if the UI offered similar functionality.

• Identify all Automation Rules that configured for a specific project
• Identify all Automation Rules executed by a specific actor
