      Problem

      Currently, there's only one built-in functionality to send email notifications when automation rules fail.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide an option to receive notifications through various channels when automation rules fail, rather than just email notifications. Examples include:

      • Slack
      • Teams
      • WeChat
      • API endpoint, similar to the web request action
      • etc

      Why This Is Important

      As the email notifications are only sent to the rule owner, it'd be more useful to provide different channels for this purpose. This can help teams detect issues more efficiently.
