Issue Summary

Currently, the A4J syntax for attachments is based on the name of the file only, however, I want to use A4J to delete attachments older than a predetermined date automatically

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup an A4J Rule in Jira
2. Select the Action "Delete Attachments"
3. Try to setup a regex to select filenames based on the age of the file only
   

Expected Results

I am able to filter based on the age of the file

Actual Results

User are only able to select "All Attachments", or setup a regular expression based on the name of the file...

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
