Attachment behavior differs between instances

      Problem

      Ability to copy Attachments through an Automation rule "Comments on Issue" action. This is something doable through a "Clone Issue," "Create Issue," "Edit Issue," "Transition Issue," and "Create a service request" action components, but these methods copy ALL the attachments linked to the original issue since they are not isolated to a particular comment made, but the entire issue.

      A very similar request to  Support copying attachments during clone/create/edit/transition and Possibility to copy attachments through Automation rule.

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to copy specific attachments made via comments to another issue.

      Why This Is Important

      Customers will be able to copy all contents of a comment into other issues or sub-tasks thus saving time.
