When using the Edit Issue action, after inputting the Smart Value for the first time, you are no longer able to make adjustments to it or even visualize it entirely (on longer smart value strings).

• Clicking the value, gives you the standard options, but doesn't show the current smart value.
  
• You can't copy the smart value currently set.
• Attempting to to type on the field erases the Smart Value you had entered.
  

This makes it difficult/painful to correct typos, and to visualize longer smart values, as A4J trims them on the UI.

Suggestion

A4J should allow you to view, copy and make adjustments to the already entered Smart Value directly on the UI field.
