Ability to rotate the log file "automation-jira-performance.csv"

      Currently, the log file "automation-jira-performance.csv" isn't rotated, and thus the file gets bigger and bigger until stopping/restarting Jira.
      So, it's nice to have the ability to rotate "automation-jira-performance.csv".
