Cannot create a new request on behalf of the newly created customer in A4J rule

      Issue Summary

      The feature reported in this KB article create-customers-and-add-jira-service-management-requests to create the "Service Desk Customer" and "Create Service Desk Request" doesnt work anymore.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new A4J rule, and create a new Service Management Customer in the rule.
      2. In the same rule, create a new service management request and select the option to raise request on behalf of the customer created in this rule. 
      3. Set up a trigger and let the rule run.

      Expected Results

      A new request will be created by the user that just got created in the rule. 

      Actual Results

      The rule fails with error message

       The creation fails with "Error creating request sd.validation.request.creation.failure.required.field." 

        

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
