Issue Summary

The Objective Goals table is missing in Program Sprint Metric (M1) report

Steps to Reproduce

1. PI must exist in the system, and be tied to a program. 
2. Sprints must be created and tied to a PI.
3. Teams must be created and tied to a program. 
4. Stories must be created and tied to a sprint. 
5. Stories must be pointed (have story points assigned). 
6. Set Goals for a few of your sprints
7. Access Program > Reports > Sprint Metric (M1)
8. Note that all the areas (tables) were displayed except by Sprint Goals
   1. Please refer to Sprint Metric M1

Expected Results

The Sprint Goal table should be displayed as per our official documentation

Actual Results

The Sprint Goal table is missing

Workaround
