Issue Summary

Results are inconsistent upon filtering by multiple Programs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Items > Features and filter by 2 Programs.
2. Features will be displayed for the chosen Programs.
3. Now navigate to Home page and come back to Items > Features
4. You will notice that the filters are retained but the results aren't retained.

Expected Results

The Features that belong to the Programs in the filters only should be shown or don't retain the earlier filters and display all the features.

Actual Results

Filters are retained but Features are displayed for all Programs.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
