Issue Summary

In Enterprise > Roadmaps > Themes > Group by a parent, the Parent column displays the message "No parent," even though the listed Themes has a "parent" Goal right above it in the pyramid.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Enterprise
2. Set a PI
3. Filter by Themes
4. Make sure you're themes have a parent Goal linked.
5. View Configuration > Set group by = parent
6. Apply
7. Note: the view doesn't show any parent on the Cog column

Expected Results

It's expected to show the parent's goal for a Theme

Actual Results

Showing message "No Parents" even though the listed Themes have a "parent" Goal right above it in the pyramid.
