Custom Room > Backlog - can't filter on Process Step as dropdown is not populated

      Issue Summary

      In the Custom Room > Backlog, we want to filter by the Process Step. The filter appears to exist, but the dropdown is empty.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1. To apply the filter, go to Custom Room > Backlog > Apply Filter.
      2. Step 2. Then, select 'Process Step'. The filter appears to exist, but the dropdown is empty.

      Expected Results

      The process steps are listed in the dropdown field, similar to the State filter.

      Actual Results

      The 'Process Steps' field is empty. Even when the user types in the process step, the message No result match <process step> is displayed.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
