Scrum Master Role unable to create Acceptance Criteria during locked sprints

      Issue Summary

      The Team Role - Scrum Master should be able to create Acceptance Criteria during locked sprints as per the help article. However, currently Scrum Master roles are unable to add acceptance criteria during a locked sprint.

      As per the help article, Scrum Master role can-

      Create acceptance criteria before a sprint is in progress (Agile teams only)
      Create acceptance criteria during in-progress (unlocked) sprints (Agile teams only)
      Create acceptance criteria during locked sprints (Agile teams only)
      Pass/fail acceptance criteria

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Consider a sprint that is currently locked
      • Navigate to a Story that is mapped to this sprint
      • Ensure that the user who is testing has "Scrum Master" role to the Team mapped to the Story
      • Impersonate as the user with Scrum Master role, and then navigate to the Story details panel
      • Notice that you cannot see "Add" button for the Acceptance Criteria
      • Now, unlock the locked sprint mapped to the story
      • Once again navigate to the same Story details panel
      • Notice that you can see the "Add" button for the Acceptance Criteria

      Expected Results

      Scrum Mater team roles should be able to create acceptance criteria during locked sprints as per the help article.

      Actual Results

      Scrum Master role are unable to create acceptance criteria during locked sprints

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
