Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

On the Program Board page, when a feature has a dependency on Programs, the slide-out panel doesn’t show dates for the "Committed by" and "Needed By" columns

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a story and assign it to a team
2. Create a feature and related it to that Story
3. Create a dependency and set the  ‘Requesting’ field) to a Program  and the ‘Depends On’ field to another Program
4. Access the Program Board page and click on the feature that was created/related to the dependencies
5. Notice that the  “Committed by” and “Needed By” columns don’t show dates 

Expected Results

“Committed by” and “Needed By” columns show the dates set to the dependency

Actual Results

No values are displayed in the “Committed by” and “Needed By” columns

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
