Issue Summary

Displaying the story's details view blocks its ordering in the Story Backlog view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Inside the Story backlog (T1 set with Team and PI), choose a sprint or the unassigned backlog
2. Once the stories are displayed, you will be able to drag and drop to order them as you wish.
3. But if you click in a story to open its details in the right panel, after closing the panel the story will be stuck and drag and drop will not work anymore for this story.

Expected Results

After closing the Story's details panel, the ability to move it using drag and drop remains normal.

Actual Results

If a Story's details panel is open, that story won't be able to be moved via drag and drop until a browser refresh. Happens with multiple stories if the details panel for it was opened.

Workaround

Refresh the browser to move the story again.
