Issue Summary

Program Room: "View Configuration" pane buttons getting unusable after doing some tweaks with the toggles on that page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login JA
2. Go to Program Room
3. Select Tier1 program, mapped Release, and press 'Load Room Details'
4. Press the 'View Configuration' button.
5. Make some changes with the toggles at that pane and press Apply.

Expected Results

Able to press and "Apply" or "Cancel" or "X" buttons and close that pop-up window.

Actual Results

"Apply" or "Cancel" or "X" buttons are doing nothing. They're producing errors on the Developer Tools' console.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
