[JIRAALIGN-2160] Objectives: Special symbols shouldn't display as alt codes in the OKR Check In modal window

Issue Summary

The special symbol '£' is displayed as an alt code in the objective check-in modal window

Steps to Reproduce

Pounds (£) should be set as the currency on the instance. There should be the objective that has at least one Key Result with a target of '£' set 

1. Open objective from preconditions
2. Navigate to the Key Results section 
3. Do a 'check in' for the key result
4. Update progress with the new value
5. Check if the currency symbol is displayed correctly in the Previous updates section

Expected Results

The currency symbol is displayed correctly in the Previous updates section

Actual Results

A special symbol is displayed as alt code

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
