      Issue Summary

      Program Board: Target Dates for Stories are handled incorrectly when using dd/mm/yyyy date format

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Create a Portfolio and Program.
      3. Create an Ongoing PI with ongoing anchor dates.
      4. Create a Kanban Team.
      5. Create a few stories under the team.
      6. Go to the Program Board.
      7. Assign Feature to some Target Completion Sprint.
      8. Check Stories list.
      9. Change Browser Language(in Chrome) to English(UK). Relaunch browser.
      10. Check Target dates for Stories.

      Expected Results

      Target dates are colored the same when changing date format

      Actual Results

      Target dates become Red when changing date format to dd/mm/yyyy

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
