[JIRAALIGN-1344] Maximum Allowed Customers Inconsistent Between Features and Epic Slide Outs

      Issue Summary

      When adding customers to a feature, the max allowed in the field is 1,000 characters.
      When doing the same to an Epic, the limit is 100.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Ensure you have enough customers to add
      2. Toggle on the Customer filed in Panel Options if required
      3. Add customers to the field in the Feature slide out so that the total characters are greater than 100 and click save. No error here.
      4. Do the same for Epics and notice the Error

      Expected Results

      Character limits between Epics and Feature customer fields should be equivalent

      Actual Results

      An error is shown on Epics when adding more than 100 chars into the field:

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
