Step 1 in Sexy+PT+Importer+Part2

1. System tab should be highlighted
2. "Back" button takes user to main JIM screen
2a. No cancel button as users can use the top level menu to go elsewhere (UX design team decision based on other JIRA areas)
3. "Next" is greyed out until user/pass entered
4. Sometimes when going to this page the browser remembers the user/pass but "Next" is still greyed out (we tested this in Chrome)
4a. This should not happen, it should either not remember the password or "Next" should be available
