      Currently there is no importer plugin to import issues or data from Oracle Service Cloud RN Tool Importer to JIRA Service Desk.

      Provide an importer plugin that can help to migrate data from Oracle Service Cloud RN Tool to JIRA server

      Why this is important

      If customer is using Oracle Service Cloud RN Tool at their and want to migrate to JIRA server currently it is merely impossible to do so at the moment.
