      Current OnDemand environment using the following:

      • 6.0.22 JIRA Importers Plugin (JIM)
      • 2.0.2 Redmine Importers Plugin for JIM
      • 2.2.3.stable Redmine

      Verified the profile is enabled and can access the instance
      Reviewed the logs (JIRA and Apache) and could not find any errors when attempting the connection
      Ensured the REST API was enabled on the Redmine instance

      The behaviour has been repeated with multiple profiles.
