The Atlassian GraphQL API — Identity User currently exposes jobTitle, department, organization, and location via the extendedProfile section of AtlassianAccountUser, but does not expose the manager field.

Partner use case: A Forge app wants to display the Manager of a user so end-users can contact them directly — the same data already visible on the standard Atlassian user profile page.
