Issue Summary

When users attempt to connect to the Atlassian MCP server via Claude Connectors, the OAuth consent screen completes successfully but the token exchange fails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude
2. Add Atlassian MCP in Claude connector
3. Follow the OAuth flow and grant access
4. Token exchange fails — Claude displays authorization error

Expected Results

OAuth completes and user can make MCP tool calls Actual: Token exchange returns Invalid resource error, connection fails

Actual Results

Claude displays:

"Authorization with the MCP server failed. You can check your credentials and permissions. If this persists, share the reference with support"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
