Problem Description
When attempting to add an email address that already exists in the system, the UI returns a vague, generic error message.

In the previous UI, the error explicitly stated the email address was already in use.
Current behavior
- A generic, non-descriptive error is shown when trying to add an email address that already exists.
- Error does not clarify whether the email is already associated to an existing account.
Expected behavior
- If the email address already exists in the system, show a clear error such as "Email address already in use".
