When accessing Atlassian cloud, users using Google Chrome to login are offered a One Tap page to login with their google account, even if the did not login via their Google Account, and if the Social login page is disabled for the organisation that manages the app the user is accessing.

If social login is disabled for the user and/or if social logins are hidden when accessing the site, Google One Tap should also be disabled.
