Provide Armenia as a country in Time Zone field for Atlassian Account Preference

      What is required?:

      Armenia (GMT+4) is not available to be selected in the Time Zone field for Atlassian Account Preference at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences 

      The users have to select other GMT+4 options, it would be great if Armenia can be made available there for a better end user experience.
