Allow an ability to extend API token expiry date after the token is created

      Currently, we can set an API token expiry date at the time of token creation from https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens .

      Once the API token is created, we do not have an option to extend the token expiry date. 

      Allow an ability to extend API token expiry date after the token is created. 

      Currently, there is no workaround for this behaviour except generating a new API token after its expired.
