When Atlassian Accounts are deleted, personal information (such as name and email address) is also deleted and any content will be displayed as Former User. 

There are cases where admins may need a way of identifying these users. This request is to implement a mechanism that either:

• Retains the Name of the user after deletion.
• Allow Admins to rename the account (from Former User to anything else).
