Problem description
There are currently options for Admins to change their Managed Accounts profiles for several fields; however, fullName is always formed by combining givenName with surName, no matter the values that are set to their Atlassian Accounts.
Admins can modify these attributes to reflect changes to their managed users' fullNames with:
- The use of external Identity Providers
- The use of Atlassian user management APIs
However, even with that, if they ever need to change fullName, they have to apply changes to their entire userbase, either via IdP or user management APIs.
Suggested solution
Provide a way to allow Admins to configure how their fullName attribute is formed.
Workaround
There's currently no workaround for that behavior.
