This is written in the worst way, it's absolutely confusing. Please change the wording to something like: “If you signed in with Google, your password is managed by Google. To create a separate Loom password, use the ‘Reset Password’ option below or create one for the first time."

The way you phrase it makes it seem like you are locked into the connected account login which is utterly not true.
