Summary
There are some integrations that to create a service account user in the third-party environment requires receiving a confirmation email, similar to the email verification done in the Atlassian accounts.
Expected Results
Allow the org admins to redirect the email sent to the service account to be received at another email address.
Actual Results
It is not possible to receive such emails or redirect them to another address.
Workaround
Currently, there are no workarounds available.
