Currently when an admin deletes an account in an org, they receive an email that the account will be permanently deleted soon.
However, there might be cases that there are multiple people with same name but different email address. In that case, the email content is received is ambiguous as one might think that an active user's account is being deleted.
Proposed Solution.
Provide the email of the user in the deactivation mail so that the admin knows which exact user is being deleted.
