Add further user group information to "find groups" rest API endpoint

      Currently, the endpoint of:

      https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-groups/#api-rest-api-2-groups-picker-get

      Only returns the user group name, and the user group ID. It would be extremely useful for users if this also returned the roles (user or user access admins) and products these user groups give access to. Otherwise, the list of user groups returned currently don't offer too much data.
