Issue Summary
When attempting to create a new Atlassian Account via a social login sign up on a site, the fallback to a Captcha screen is failing, which means that for account creation can fail for users without any obvious explanation
Steps to Reproduce
- Login with a new Google Account using social login to a site.
- Monitor the http request and go to page where You get to 'Create Account'
- Nothing happens when you press the button and you can see in developer tools http request for reCaptcha is envoked but no screen is shown.
- Tried again after few seconds and account creation may go through.
Expected Results
- New account is created, and if necessary a captcha screen is invoked to prove you are human
Actual Results
- The create button either never works, or only works after several clicks
Workaround
Have an admin invite the user to the product first, or provision the user so that the account already exists.
