Add the possibility to check team members' online/active status

      Issue Summary

      • Purpose/Use Case: In some instances, a team member might want to consult with someone on their team on a ticket and want to seek out someone who is most likely to be readily available.
      • My opinion is that it should show when users are logged into our products.
      • I would say it should be based on whether that are actively using a product. Perhaps it may indicate when they were last active (eg: “last active 4 mins ago”).
      • Ideally, this feature would be allowed to be disabled (or allow opt-out) on a per-user basis to comply with various regulations (particularly in the EU).

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
