Currently, when a user is deactivated or removed from the directory, they may still appear in group memberships, which can lead to issues when managing permissions. This situation can cause errors or inconsistencies, as the system attempts to reference users who no longer exist or are "soft deleted."

To enhance the user management experience and ensure seamless permission administration, I propose introducing a feature to automatically update group memberships when a user is deactivated or removed. This would involve:

      1. Automatically removing deactivated users from all associated groups.
      1. Providing administrators with a report or notification of any changes made to group memberships due to user deactivation.
      1. Ensuring that permission management interfaces accurately reflect current group memberships without referencing nonexistent users.

Implementing these changes would reduce administrative overhead, prevent potential errors in permission management, and improve overall system reliability.
