Release a public API endpoint that returns all user API tokens and user information

      Issue summary

      The API endpoint below is available to list a user's API tokens, but it does not return information such as User Name, Email, User ID, etc. As a result, more API calls are required to pull this information from multiple endpoints.

      There is a non-public API here that has all the desired information but this is not a public API endpoint that can be authenticated against with API keys:

      Suggestion

      The request is to make this endpoint public and officially supported for production use. Release a public API endpoint that returns all user API tokens and user information.
