Description:
Currently, when an unmanaged user (with an unclaimed email address) attempts to update their email to a managed domain (an organization-verified email domain), they first receive an email stating they cannot update their email. Shortly after, they receive a second email prompting them to update and verify their email. This creates confusion for users.
Suggestion:
The order and clarity of these emails need to be improved to ensure users can easily understand the process and expected outcome, reducing confusion during the email update process.
