Ability to display a custom ToS/T&C (Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions) for users before they join a cloud site for the first time

      Feature Request

      This is a suggestion to include the ability for admins to define a custom ToS/T&C (Terms of Service / Terms & Conditions) and have it displayed for new users of their site on first access.

      Users, upon accessing a cloud side for the first time, are required to click some "Accept" option to dismiss the message and proceed to the site.

      Workaround

      Currently, it's not possible to enable any sort of message to users prior to accessing a site.

      Upon having the users already in the site, some potential workarounds are:

      • Including the desired ToC/T&C message in the User Invitation via the "Personalize invitation email" option.
      • Placing the desired ToC/T&C on an external page and add a link to it via the "Announcement banner" feature:
