      Issue Summary:

At present, when a user is assigned the 'customer' role, their product access or role is not recorded in our access-user index. This results in the last active timestamp associated with this role not being recorded and not being visible on the Admin Portal (admin.atlassian.com). Consequently, the 'log in as user' functionality, which allows us to impersonate the user, is disabled for 'customer' only roles.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a customer user on your cloud site.
      2. Log in normally using this customer user account and generate activity (for example, create a JSM issue).
      3. As an Org admin, locate this user's account and confirm that the 'Last active' column still displays as 'Unavailable'.
      4. Confirm that the 'Log in as user' option is greyed out.

      Expected Results:

The 'Log in as user' button should become clickable as soon as the user generates activity.

      Actual Results:

The 'Log in as user' button remains greyed out as the last active column for the customer user displays as 'Unavailable'.

      Workaround:

Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.
