Issue Summary

When non-Latin characters are used in Full Name/Display Name in id.atlassian.com, the avatar does not inherit the character. It only inherits the character when it is a Latin charset. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Manage Profile
2. Use non-Latin Characters in Full Name/Display Name
3. The profile avatar is blank

Expected Results

The profile initial should be inherited even with non-Latin characters. 

Actual Results

The user initials are blank. 
This was addressed/fixed in ID-7455.

For this specific FR, we request that the avatar should inherit the initials of the non-Latin characters. 

Workaround

Manually edit the avatar to replace it with non-Latin characters.

• Login account profile Manage Profile 
• Click on your avatar
• Create initials avatar 
• Type the non-Latin characters
